From a combination of both known sales and certifications, Prism is nearly at 3.7 million. This is assuming that it didn't sell a single copy more after receiving the certification (which would be BS seeing as though China's cert, for instance, happened almost 1 Year and a Half ago and Prism was certified 5xP in Aus late last year but stayed on the top 50 chart for most of the following 4 months after certification).
but it is at, or very close to, 4M album sales

3.7 million based off outdated certifications and known sales alone yet it's hard to believe it sold 4 million.

No, 30 Million singles are 3 Million albums. So:
4M (albums) + 3M (tracks) + 3M (streams) = 10M equivalent albums

The way Billboard counts it 30 million singles are 3 million TEA the other 3 million are from streams. Which means the count Youtube streams, which Billboard doesn't count. With Billboard's metric 3 million SEA would be 4.5 billion streams, but all the numbers are obviously rounded.

Thanks. The picture didnt load correctly so i couldnt see the streaming figures on the plaque because th last part was cropped out  That's why i was so confused.
