Brussels shouldn't be on the list. I know other West-European countries have better capital cities, but there are many uglier cities. I like to visit it.

Well, the center of Brussels is beautiful but outside of that, it is pretty ugly. Shouldn't be on the list though.

This poor person does not know São Gonçalo, a city in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Also, some places in Rio, the city, are really ugly. My city, Niterói, between Rio and São Gonçalo, is also a mix of beautiful and ugly.

Take me to Brisbane anytime...
