I have yet see Rihanna to do any of the things I listed & that's really no shade because I am starting to become a fan just the truth. Lady Gaga is obviously bigger than her.

But even though Rihanna had several big hits prior to the CB incident, she didn't become a household name until AFTER that incident. Everyone knew her name after that.

GaGa become a household name instantly, and it was mainly due to her music and image.

Umbrella was #1 in the UK for 10 weeks, in2007 and the digital market was MUCH SMALLER back then.


ALBUM SALES AND? She released 2 albums that sold 7 million each. She had a double album.

14 MILLION and 2 albums. 7 million each......Rihanna and Beyonce should pull the double album route since that's the new thing.

Kelly clarkson pulled 16 million from one album. So she's clearly the biggest star then lol.

Rihanna sold the most singles and the most albums in one of the biggest music nations in the world last year. THE UK .
