I would never out someone who is obviously gay but is still respectful or at the very least doesn't insult other gays.
But gay bashers are the worst and I've been bullied but a guy (for being gay) who I think is secretly gay himself so if he can be outed and humiliated then that'd make my ****ing life
Don't out him. You don't know his story, he might have been raised in a way which forced him to be straight-acting and doesn't need to necessarily be a bad person for using the f word.
On ****ing him, I'd say: do how you feel. I wouldn't do it, but then again, I don't like the idea of hooking up with anyone. If the idea of sleeping around with him appeals to you, then why not?
You have absolutely no right to out him, even if he is an asshole. Everyone has a right to a private life. Just like criminals still having human rights. Not to talk about how it might affect his life and others: maybe it destroys his family life (his parents throw him out, his family falls apart etc) or he might commit suicide or hurt you.

Maybe he's just trying you to see how promiscuous you are and he's not actually interested at all, just teasing/bullying? Try to talk to him, maybe hang out, then see if you want to sleep with him or don't want to keep in touch
