i honestly have not been able to fall asleep without watching ASMR videos for three years. ASMR is so great but i never talk about it with anyone because i feel like they might they i'm weird because they don't understand but it's great. Maria (gentlewhispering) is the first person i started watching and she is so great

Anyway, I like Maria and Heather but my favorite is Esmeralda (SilentCitadel). I love her tapping videos so much. I love the tapping sound of her thick hard nails. Also GnarGnar9000 is my latest fave. His tapping video inside his car gave me intense tingles. I basically love amateur tapping videos bc the sound isn't sharp which can be off-putting sometimes.
