Wynter Gordon came back this year with another EP, Human Condition: Sanguine, and last year her EP, Doleo was #3 on my Best Albums of 2012, so of COURSE I was excited for her next single, and I wasn't let down. The beginning is so calm, and then she just goes into this beat and starts shouting and takes you by surprise. Compared to her more soothing and calmer tracks, this is so different from her. I mean, "Now bitch get you're own guy" , I mean this is THAT track you want playing when you got a baseball bat in your trunk about to get ha.
Best Played: When you bout to beat that bitches ass up.
♥ 44 Cigarette - Ginette Claudette
I had actually never heard about this girl in my life, until I was looking for new music to listen too, and I got this recommended to me. I'm usually a sucker for a cute R&B heartbreak song, and when I heard this I really needed one, so I quickly became obsessed with it. Plus her analogy to them boyz being addicted nasty cigarettes is oddly accurate, I mean the more I hear the song, the more I love how she compares the two together and how it works.
Best Played: When you want a good cry over that asshole
It's going down, I'm yelling timberrrrr. I wasn't really that amazed by this song at first, as with most Pitbull songs, they're usually just background noise for car rides, BUT I mean it had Ke$ha on it so. Of course her chorus got stuck in my head, and it kept playing over and over, that I started playing it over and over. Not to mention she looks beyond gorgeous in the music video, and slays. What Pitbull is doing at the beach, I'll never know, but obviously Ke$ha steals the spotlight in this song.

♥ 42 Bring Da Noize - M.I.A.
I always low-key love M.I.A. (Bukey Done Gone is one of my favorite songs ever), and Bad Girlz made my best of last year as well, and this year she brought me another song I love with Bring Da Noize. She never shy's away from rapping about political problems, or controversial topics, even if its just the imagry in her music videos, and this isn't an exception. I love the beat in this song, its such a club banger, and a fun and wild song to listen too. You should ALL check out ha latest album, Matangi, as well
Oh, the amount of times I would just shake my ass to this. I'm sitting right now, listening to it as I write this, and I'm shaking my ass. I LOVE this beat, the Reggaeton influences are EVERYTHING (the actual genre of this is called Moombahton). As someone who grew up with my parents having dance parties every weekend, I'm just addicted to music like this. Such a forgotten hard bop, more people need to be getting down to this music, cause I mean, you'll go HARD. Major Lazer is amazing when it comes to making great club music, and their whole album is bop worthy.
