Not necessarily. It is #11 this week and still sitting at #6 on iTunes, with rapidly increasing airplay. As long as streams hold out well, there's definitely a chance it could sneak into the Top 10.
Whilst this was one of the standouts, I feel that this will fade fast. It sounds like one of the songs that would get old really quickly. I understand why Bey's team chose this, but I would have went with 6 inch, tbh.

I like Hold Up better, but I guess it could be good later, strike the iron when it's hot with the whole "Becky with the good hair" thing being everywhere / quoted 24/7
