Nowhere does it say Luke asked for the text to be used as evidence.
All we know is the text was sent in April 2016, by Kesha, to Lady Gaga. Given Dr. Luke has been granted permission to share it with, and only with, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, we can infer that the message in question mentioned Katy Perry in some way. We have no clue as to what the message may have actually been about. Igniting conspiracy theories to spread your anti-Kesha propaganda won't get you anywhere. Let's just wait and see if the contents of the text eventually surface, or if Katy Perry makes a comment on the situation (unlikely).
