Harry is super chill and has a pretty mature outlook on everything. Plus, he's always been painted as "the player" whether Louis in particular has been dissected when it comes to his sexuality. For years, and years. I mean god forbid the man is actually straight.
I think it's him. I think he's beyond done with the media trying to out him. They are assholes, the way they HOUND him over his sexuality sends a bad message in general. It's tasteless.
I'm not "staying hoping," their management accidentally exposes themselves tweeting from their accounts all the time.
What I will say is that Louis consistently shows support for LGBTs IN PERSON (interviews, clothing, meeting fans...) and this sort of stuff only ever happens on Twitter.

Give it a rest the was 100% Louis, you and every other Larry shippers can accept the fact that all of the band members are straight except Harry and Louis.
