GOOD RIDDANCE. It's been bad enough watching her fight to get an album out for the longest time, and it looks as though it's a matter of time before she's free. It's such a shame that Blackground is such a disgraceful label, if they had ANY self respect they would release her from her contract instead of dragging her down with them.

Probably had something to do with their lack of money, management skills or lack of releasing material
I looked into the label a bit, and their last PHYSICAL album release was with TIMBALAND's SV2. That was back in 2009. His follow up has also been in this whole deal like JoJo.
"Disaster" had hit written all over it... was it her label that ruined its (near) chart-topping potential?
I believe so...from what I know, with Interscope's INITIAL support(promo on Interscope site/promo on both their Twitter accounts)...in coming months it began to gain radio support, but then Blackground failed to back the radio/promo any further, where it could have possibly gone Top 40.
