There IS something different about her, it isn't just her personality, it's something else too. It seems as though whatever issue she had is finally getting under control. She seems like maybe she isn't as medicated anymore or something.
It's sad to say but I think she has been manipulated all her life and I think Will being there for her is great, he probably has helped her so much.
