The only way this is acceptable is if all of your other album averages are 9 or higher and even then it is a stretch.

Out of these songs, I only heard every Katy song, 70% of Michael's, like 4 from Janet, 1 from Bruce, none from George

"Another Part of Me" from "Bad" peaked at #11
Also, Smooth Criminal is a bigger classic than most of MJs singles that actually peaked at #1. Can't believe it only peaked at #7

It's unbelievable that Thriller didn't hit 1.
Then again, the chart methodology was much different back then.

singles runs are nearly perfect.
Should we be rating "E.T." with or without Kanye? Because that would produce a significant difference in my score.
