It seems like E.T. will end at #3 and PRA at #2

Nah. The year end chart ends in November. There is no way PRA will reach 4.5 million+ by that time.

That's 8 weeks left in the chart year. It has a chance.

PRA is at #9 on itunes right now[. That's a major decrease from last week. You're also forgeting that Billboard measures airplay. Which ET had more.

I was just about to mention Firework. It may be low in this calendar year's sales, but Billboard counts December into the charting year, and Firework sold a lot in that time.

^ Nope bro.. Just remember the huge sales of E.T.! And its run on Airplay
IMO (so far):
1. Rolling In The Deep
2. Party Rock Anthem
3. E.T.
4. Firework
5. Grenade
6. Give Me Everything
7. F**k You (Forget You)
8. Moves Like Jagger
9. Someone Like You
10. S&M
IDK I'm a mess with the predictions
What do you think it will be highest charting GaGa single in the Year-End chart?
I think, it will be BTW

I'm more interested in the Soundscan year-end chart. I don't like Billboard's method.

"Firework" has sold 2.6 million copies in 2011 alone. It probably sold ~1 million copies in December.

It should have sold about 4 million including December, and it also had huge airplay. Definite Top 5 contender.

Was S&M really bigger than BTW? I know S&M hit 3xplat...but didn't BTW do more? It spent 6 weeks so I would think 4xplat? That's just a guess, anyone know its sales?

Ite this makes a lot more sense...I was surprised for a second there. Does the year end take Airplay into account/chart positions or is it strictly sales?

If you're talking about the Hot 100, it takes into account total single sales as well as the cumulative audience impressions during the Billboard year.
