Well, this is a rate where everyone gets the chance to choose the entries, like Mariah's album; Music Box, there will be a poll where everyone will choose the 5 songs that represents the album, then the songs that were chosen will be included in the real rate where you will rate the songs and have a countdown. Its a pretty long process but it would maximize the interaction with the flop users here
