Josh is actually closer to the age he's supposed to be. I think he just turned 18 recently.
I think Liam looks a little old, if anything. But whatever. The cast has grown on me

it's not about the actual age but more the visual feel around the characters.
ik, those are only shots taken directly from set or are photoshoped to the max but still...
maybe the will look better in the actual movie.
i so hope this kicks off. i need them to do the trilogy. 2nd book is my favorite. read it in 1,5 days.

They confirmed that they were going to make four movies. So I assume they're cutting Mockingjay in half (since it has the most action; thus, giving the directors a reason to cut it in half)
And idk. I just have a lot of faith in the directors, the casting, the writers and the cast. I just really want this movie to turn out great.

To cast Lenny Kravitz as Cinna is a lil bit odd but nonetheless an amazing choice.
Woody Harrelson as Haymitch gives me LIFE !!!

My perfect Haymitch would have been Robert Downey Jr. But when I found out it would be Woody Harrelson, I was excited. He's hilarious. I think he'll be a great Haymitch.

I was hoping they'd make the movie rated R just so they'd be able to be more explicit with the fight scenes. But don't worry. It's PG13, so they'll water it down.
The love triangle isn't that big a deal in the first book, though. It's really only important in Catching Fire. There is no need to play it up in the first movie...but I have a feeling they will. D;
They said that Gale is getting more screen time , so it worries me because I'm thinking they're going to play up the love triangle. D;

The movie I really can't wait for is Mockingjay. I can't wait to see Josh Hutcherson playing crazy Peeta. XD

Here’s an announcement from the people that brought you the Katniss and Rue short film:

Many Hunger Games fans have suggested that we do something with the character Finnick. I pitched an idea to downwiththecapitol.net about doing something with Finnick and Annie, when they were younger and how their relationship grew. One of their staff members, Shylah Addante, wrote 7 short stories that we are going to film this fall about Finnick and Annie. We hope all you fellow Hunger Games fans will enjoy!

I'd rather go into the arena myself than have to watch one of my favorite books turn into a sappy romance.

And omg. I'm mentally preparing myself for Rue's death. I know I'm going to start bawling. Especially since the little girl playing Rue is so cute. Why does she have to be so cute?

I also can't wait to hear Haymitch's wit and awesomeness. haha. I really hope they leave the part where he tells Katniss that she has the charm of a dead slug. XD

Man, now I'm wondering what they'll cut out. Since they're cutting out Madge, I'm thinking they'll cut out Buttercup. Zomg. That would suck! Especially since he's basically the only person in Mockingjay that just nonchalantly walks around while all hell is breaking loose...yet, still survives...also, when Katniss was yelling at Buttercup after Prim died, I couldn't control the ocean that my tears were creating...that HAS to be in the movie
I'm also kind of hoping Peeta still loses his leg. It just kind of adds to the fact that every bad thing that could have possibly happened to that boy happened to him.

Also, in other news, Jennifer Lawrence is on the soundtrack. But I assume it's because of Katniss's song to Rue.
