I can't at all you shading RedOne like that, when he created GaGa's best singles with her (Just Dance, Poker Face, Bad Romance, Alejandro), more than half of her singles catalogue is from him. I can see why she would want to move on from now on, considering there was only one RedOne single from the Born This Way era which was basically a re-make from Poker Face and Bad Romance (even though Scheisse is one of the highlights of Born This Way). But I would like some album songs from him on ARTPOP. It's kinda unfortunate though that he has wh*red his sounds and recycled his beats so much with other artists though, making the stuff he did with GaGa less special because it isn't unique anymore.

Heavy Metal Lover was wrote and recorded a month before BTW was released so it's not like whatever work they do together will be wack because it's not really last minute. I think the album will be out in August in time for Grammy submissions.

Edit: or maybe he's talking about them meeting for her to re/record her vocals like she said she was gonna do after the tour and if the songs don't sound as good as they want them to be they'll just can them

Radio isn't here for his sound anymore. You can look at Pound The Alarm and Dance Again for proof of that.

And besides that, his productions as of late have sort of... Led me to believe that he isn't capable of producing a great instrumental anymore.

With Gaga he actually tries to make good songs. He would never give Gaga a song as generic as Dance Again, or Pound the Alarm.

His productions for her aren't even really that much different. We just look past it because it's Gaga.

Unstoppable by Kat de Luna and Bad Romance are so alike, it's uncanny. And who produced both of them? RedOne
