GTAV Coming out AFTER March 2013
As a result of Take-Two's downgraded revenue projections from $1.8 billion to $1.1 - $1.2 billion for the financial year ending March 31st, 2013 - it is very clear now that GTAV is coming out AFTER March 2013. Previously, they had given revenue projections that they could only have met with a major Grand Theft Auto release by March 2013.
The revenue they expect is pretty much in line with their releases from Rocktsar and 2K (Max Payne 3, Borderlands 2, BioShock Infinite, NBA 2K, Rockstar Collection, Vice City for mobile etc.)

Fiscal year 2014 for Take-Two starts April 2013. As none of their other titles are delayed in today's fiscal update (most importantly, BioShock Infinite), expect GTAV to release somewhere between April-June of 2013.
