You can't physically fit all 21 singles onto one disc and even then, there wouldn't be any new material so it wouldn't sell that well. Plus people who will be buying this will surely have "
The Sound of Girls Aloud" which had the all remaining singles on anyway!
Although it is a shame "Life Got Cold" and "Whole Lotta History" aren't on there! Perosnally I think they should get rid of "I'll Stand By You" (as it's a cover) and replace it with those two, but I suppose the reason it's on there is because it got to #1 for CIN...
I think the only three tracks that aren't on there, which I don't mind not being on there are "See The Day", "I Think We're Alone Now" and "Walk This Way"
