How has Beyoncé not created anything? Where exactly have you been except for choosing to disregard the many creative endeavours she's done in the last ten years?
And Beyoncé hasn't created a template for others to follow? Basically every pop'n'b diva these days is influenced by Beyoncé or Destiny's Child in some way, in either staging, concept, or singing style. And at a time it was almost every pop'n'b diva being churned out as almost exact replicas of Beyoncé (thinks: Rihanna, Christina Milan, etc.) Extending farther than females, we have a whole list of people following the Beyoncé-suprise-release-template.
What is meant by saying they have time is that with time, your legend and your respect and reverence really grows. There's a huge difference in how the world perceives you between being in your heyday and being past it.
