this is so tragic X-Tinas over the top strained vocals and than that crappy Whitney hologram that dont even look nor sound like THE VOICE I hope the head of the person who is responsible for this will roll. Tha fact that it doesnt aired and never will makes even more tragic
Xtina's vocals weren't strained at all! It sounded HEALTHY.

Or... we can just enjoy a vocal performance based on how it sounds to us, like all normal people do, without analyzing the function of the vocal cords and the human anatomy
It's sad yet predictable that certain fan bases would pretend that Christina is lipping to try to make themselves feel better about the lack of vocal ability from their faves.
Things happen for a reason.. Although X did an incredible job .. The hologram is indeed embarrassing and the editing sucks. If it's not meant to happen then it's not.. Onto the next one.
I'm kinda glad it's not going to air, that hollogram doesn't look like Whitney at all. So happy for Christina belting them high notes and sustaining them, make seethe a bit queen.
People can criticize the use of Whitney's hologram all they want (and they have a point tbh), but I'm sorry, anyone trying to find something bad about Christina's (vocal) performance is a straight up hater. How was that boring? Or amateurish? It was literally flawless. Brought me back to 2006/2007 for a minute there.
Shame people aren't going to see this, but it's for the best, the hologram is not properly developed, not yet anyways.
I just watched Madonna's hologram back in 2006 at The Grammys and they had done such an amazing job with it.. We are talking a decade ago.. Shame on The Voice for not being able to do a better job in 2016 especially that technology has become much more advanced. Additionally, shame on Christina's stylist (and X herself for being ok with it) for making her wear something like that.. It's very unflattering, her boobs are droopy and she looks pregnant. I'm sad because this could have been an iconic moment in Christina's career given that she sounded so perfect and gave a solid vocal performance. Oh well.
