I loved this, it was great to see Taylor Schilling (Piper) in something again. It gave me some serious Mercy teas because the guy who plays Piper's brother on this show played Taylor's character's brother on Mercy too, and also Kate Mulgrew (Red) played her mother on that.

I could not at Alex trying to accuse Piper of being narcissistic and manipulative. Maybe she is a bit, but nowhere NEAR as much as Alex herself is. I lost SO much respect for Piper when she started ****ing Alex again.

Tiffany is the ****ING BEST. So ****ing stupid but I love to hate her so much! I laughed so hard when she climbed on top of the wheelchair girl that my throat hurt.

NO! Even though she was sure to be veiled as a villain, I wanted her to stay. Now this pretty much confirms that Piper and Larry are going to get back together. Now that's something I am conflicted on.

Netflix hasn't confirmed yet so there is still hope. Most people like Alex and I feel like the only person that hates Alex. I do realize though that her character is needed for the story arc.

Loved this. The storyline got a bit loose at the end of the season but I really didn't mind because of the great characters.

I hate her too, girl. What is there to like? She sucked a naive young Piper into a life of crime, manipulated/tricked her into actually committing crimes, and then got her sent to prison. She is a complete C U Next Tuesday.

Finally finished season 1. IT WAS SO GOOD!!!! I absolutely loved the ending, but I'm mad that I have to wait for more.

I'd say it's similar to a lot of female-led Showtime programming. Think Weeds, United States Of Tara, The Big C, ect.... It's funny but with depth to it.

Definitely one of the best news shows I've come across in a long while.

Does anyone else not really like Piper and Alex? Like.. I like almost all of the characters more than the two main ones lol. The only reason I like Piper on the show is bc it's fun to see the other inmates scare the **** out of her.
