If its true, doubt he'll go to jail. Jails are overcrowded as hell.
From what I heard, Florida prison don't usually let people go due to overcrowding. Not sure if that's reliable or not, but I heard if from a few people.
He's more likely to not to go prison due to his celebrity status, than anything.
