You are generalizing, some girls got some good looking bodies, some girls are hot even without make up and some guys are not naturally attractive...But, your generalization is mostly true.
Alot of girls don't look good without makeup, There are way more guys who are naturally attractive just like there are more guys with hot bodies [though, this point is more of an opinion and not a fact].
