Definitely Gaga. I stan for live vocals in addition to an entertaining performance. I love Madonna though, but I prefer listening to her albums instead of watching her perform.

Well I would argue that the VMA performance wasn't her peak at all, I would say BRITS 2010, based on that, Gaga, based on what's in the OP, Madonna
