"Bad Romance" was reported to sell 9.7 million and "Telephone" around 7.4 million in early 2011.
Probably all of you posted is inflated in one way or another.
Poker Face - 9.8M in 2009, with 2008 sales at least 10-10.5M. Then, it sold 2M copies in the US only (it was at 4.5M at the end of 2009, now it is at 6.5M). Add the rest of the world sales in 2010-2011, and you'll get something close to 14M.
Bad Romance - 9.7M in 2010, but it sold almost 2M in the US only in 2009 and has kept selling in 2011. 12M is probably even an underestimation.
Telephone - 7.4M in 2010, but it had quite strong sales in both 2009 (when the album was released) and in 2011.
IFPI just reported "Born This Way" sold 8.2M digital copies this year.

Ringtones and music videos sold are part of records sales. MTN has sold 500K in the US and 150K in the UK.
