Fame-era Gaga in 2008 was inspired by 60's glam rock, and metioned
A Clockwork Orange as one of her inspirations, as can be seen In the Fame Ball tour
Not to say that Xtina copied Gaga or vice-versa, I just think it was both of them drawing inspiration from the same sources. Neither of them can say their work or thier style is 100% original (Every artist draws inspiration from other artists) and so in that case, you cant bring up the issue of artists copying one another because is thier style even uniquely thiers?
For example ,Gaga has definetly evolved as an artist..but when she started off, even she was rocking Bowie's bolt. Even more recently, with Alejandro she was criticised for drawing heavily from Madonna
So Im not trying to say that these ar**** are fake, they do have their original qualities which sets them apart from other artists, but using ideas from other sources will always be there
