Ofc Britney is a better dancer. Janet is extremely talented but pales in comparison to brit. Gymnastics are the highest, most complicated levels of dance and Britney mastered them at the age of 6. She was already doing back handsprings before she could sing. Britney also mastered ballet which is the fundamentals of most dance genres. Let me not get into Britney's flexibility.

This isn't even shade but honestly you guys should encourage her to go see a vocal coach before she loses her voice, i'm pretty sure she has huge nodules from all of the straining and most likely wont be able to sing in the next couple of years if she doesnt change the way that she goes about approaching it. If you listen to her in the middle 2000's and now you can more than hear that her vocal folds are beginning to give out.

What do you mean Janet doesn't take vocal 'risks'? You're not supposed to be ENDANGERING your vocal health.

Whitney Houston, I think, was the greatest Pop vocalist ever because she was both technically proficient and expressive/emotive when many singers were only one or just neither.

Another example of a singer with both good technique and the ability to emote/interpret a song well is Janet Jackson.
