I think JJHB did die, there was a user here (i only remember them having an Audrey Hepburn avi) who made a blog post and said that JJHB had some problems and she got contacted by a relative on her skype or something...
He didn't give a reason. He just requested a perma and was gone forever. It was right after the Azealia HOT97 interview and he probably knew what kind of posts were coming and didn't want to deal with the mess that was pending.
