Sorry but Prism didn't sell that much more than self titled. Plus self titled had an iconic release. Prism is kind of just... there. Plus you need to look into acclaim. And don't bring in tour receipts

But when will you explain why Stars Dance is more iconic than 4 which also had a 200m grossing tour and sold 3million?

TFM had less hits than 1989, and seeing how 1989 is still selling a lot I think it could come closer to TFM when it's all said and done (in 2015, which is even more impressive).

Oh and MDNA's tour...it grossed 300M, Super Bowl, etc.

I'll give you PF but ARTPOP was bigger than RR sorry, especially since the market was declining and she was facing a bigger backlash. The tour was also a lot bigger. RR has singles but Gaga only released two proper singles WW and one with no video.

As the Op says this is not set in stone you can make your own list. I tried to balance singles, albums and touring, Acclaim is not accounted just plain popularity
