Worldwide, not US. I think it was estimated at 60k on pre-orders a few months ago.

This is actually not bad for Madonna considering tthe album has only officially been on sale for less than 24 hours in the US. She still has some promo left to do this week and next which will hopefully bolster the sales a bit. Also I'm not getting any actual projected numbers for her from HDD. I'm getting more "she's sold at least 6 figures" so 100k is the bare minimum.

GURL, who told you 100k? It just said they are both going to be above 100K. It can be 120k, it can be 170K, it can be 950K. Wait for tomorrow. They don't have any info from retailers yet apart from the pre-orders.
