I've worked out off and on for awhile, but really got my diet right this last semester thanks to the unlimited meal plan. I started out 5'8 130 pounds in January, and got up to about 150 in May.
Bench: 150(I started at like 50,
)
Squats: 270
Deadlift: 295(I think I might have done 300 as a 1RM.)
I would probably be almost where I want to be(170-175 pounds) if I stayed home, but I decided I wanted to study abroad until December so I guess I'll start all over again. I really have to work on my upper body though cause it is so weak.
