Umm am I the only one thinking she meant she couldn't sign it because it was affiliated with the GRAMMYs/CBS (trademark, copyright, unofficial affiliation)?

Also, her bodyguard said "no white sheets", so the actual content is irrelevant. She just can't sign things that don't have to do with her.

Or I was thinking she didn't sign it because the person probably just wanted to sell it on Ebay for huge amounts of money and she can't be affiliated with that. Thats why most celebs don't sign blank papers or things that don't have their pictures on it.
