Oh god, dude, "I'm Only Joking" makes me so sad, because KONGOS will never reach the same success that they did with "Come With Me Now", not even with that awesome track. Sigh.

Sadly you're right. Which reminds me I forgot to listen to their album

From Afar was rather plain in my opinion but the whole album was really good

First of five appearances by this EDM group and the only one not to include a featured artist. This song was originally released in early 2013 but I discovered it this year I think it's one of the highlights of the album and the video is quite funny.
David Guetta feat. Sam Martin "Lover on the Sun"
I'm actually surprised by the fact that David Guetta is still around. EDM music is (thankfully) not mainstream anymore but I do enjoy some of his singles sometimes. This one is basically his attempt to release his own "Wake Me Up" and seems like it didn't quite work for him.
Weezer "Back to the Shack"
Now that we're talking about hasbeen acts, here's another one. Truth be told this is the first song by this band that I've liked since 2005. I don't get what happened to them, their music used to be great back in 2001-2006.
Eminem feat. Nate Ruess "Headlights"
Eminem has become a shadow of his former self and it's not only about his looks. When I first learned he was working with Nate Ruess I was expecting something epic. Instead it turned out to be a rather plain ballad with a boring video. Still better than The Monster though.
Tegan and Sara feat. The Lonely Island "Everything is AWESOME!!!"
I don't get the hate for this song. It was written for a children movie with Legos on it so of course the lyrics would be cheesy and childish. It was nominated for a Grammy so it's not really that bad. I'm still waiting for Tegan and Sara's new record though.
Paramore "Daydreaming"
I'm not the biggest fan of live videos. When Paramore released this one I thought they were ready to end the era so I didn't really care about it. When I listened to the album altogether I realized the song wasn't so bad on its own.
Leona Lewis "One More Sleep"
Leona's label finally did something right with the release of her holiday themed album. The promo was on point (for UK standards) and the material was just great. I'm not too sad about her leaving them though, I won't forgive them for ruining the Glassheart era.
Fall Out Boy "Miss Missing You"
Just another one of the 23424 videos that Fall Out Boy released with their last record. This one deserved single treatment in my opinion, but their promo afther the lead single was so nonexistent that it doesn't really matter. I have big expectations for their next album.
Gwen Stefani "Spark the Fire"
Someone needs to have a word with Gwen's team before it's too late. These songs are not terrible but she's really destroying every chance she had to comeback and this time it's for good. This song is cute but it screams basic and the video is a mess and a half.
Imagine Dragons "I Bet My Life"
This song is quite underrated, I think it's brilliant. It's early to tell but I think it will underperform and it's so sad, maybe people were expecting too much. I gotta say the video was very disappointing, it's totally not what I imagined it would be like.
Thanks for your comments.

I like many of these so far including ID, Gwen, Leona, Paramore, Eminem, CB, Beyoncé, Bastille, TN, 1R, Bebe, Alicia, Cobra, and Tove.
of course I wish Headlights had been higher but at least you included it, for me The Monster is one of those songs that sounds really disappointing at first but then it gets better when you listen to it more. I wonder if you liked Guts Over Fear.
