If they've only been out for a few years, how can you call them 'timeless' in the first place? 'Timeless' describes a piece of art whose appeal holds up over long periods of time.
I get what you are saying but I don't personally consider rihanna's music timeless, and I disagree that we gotta wait 30 years to decide. But that's just my opinion

I can't at some of you calling POP songs timeless! The only songs that are truly timeless are classic rock songs because they never go out of style. Songs like We Will Rock You, Nothing Else Matters, Sweet Child Of Mine, Welcome To The Jungle, etc are TIMELESS.
The only pop songs that I would say are timeless are Macarena and some early 80's MJ hits.
Rihanna has plenty of pop classics though, they're just not timeless.
While I wouldn't say they're timeless they are surely pop classics.
SOS, Umbrella, Disturbia, Please Don't Stop The Music, Take a Bow, Russian Roulette, Rude Boy, Only Girl, S&M, We Found Love, Diamonds, and Stay are all pop future pop classics. LEGEND!
