I think the general public views Britney in the same group as Katy and Rihanna, unfortunately. They aren't here for this whole success ********; only talent and their general persona. Bey is known for her talent so I'd put her at the top of the totem pole, but that's only because Gaga's antics can mask her true talent. A lot of people don't know that she writes her music, can sing very well, dance, etc, etc.
So:
Bey, Adele
Gaga, Xtina
Katy, Rihanna, Britney
Ke$ha, Nicki

Well obviously the general public wouldn't know much. i mean you can still hear the general public say that gaga cannot sing and has no talent even though she really does.
General public would see it like this:
Adele
Beyonce
Britney, Gaga
Katy, Rihanna
Ke$ha, Nicki
Disney
Whereas if you really graded the girls and took into consideration their talent, others would be higher!
For Example, Beyonce has a 5 for singing and dancing, but wouldn't have a grade for instruments and lyrical input, while Ke$ha gets a solid 3 or 4 for all of them which would put them both in the same rank overall in talent. This is of course just surface talk ofcourse, and not to start flamebaiting
