I think it's not easy by any means to moderate a site like this. Every day threads are created, new members are joining, thousands of posts are made and reported and stuff like that, I find the site quite organized and stable so I think the moderators are doing a good job.
The only complain I have is that they don't get into details before giving a warning, maybe cause there are so many of us for them to focus on an specific situation. And I also think everyone should go through an IP check before their account is aproved to post,
I think they all do a good job. I think they are under appreciated and people are not always aware of the work they do here. I've been critical of certain moderators in the past, but really there was no need. They all do there bit, and it's during their own free time so it can't always be easy. I appreciate it because I personally would not like the position. My only critique is that I think some of them should be more active, some of the newer members don't know them very well because they have never been given the opportunity to get to know them.
Interesting. I wonder what your opinion would be now.
There are no female mods if I'm not mistaken. Foxaylove would be a good choice.

I think they're doing great job regardless. My only criticism is 'Lack of Team Breezy' & there is no fairness sometimes when it comes to Chris Brown threads..but other than that 'fine'
I definitely think some are not qualified to be mods and got in by staying parked in the application thread.. but some of the new mods are okay.. some. All the biased mods >>>>
