hahahaha @ this thread
I buy CDs all the time. I've bought well over 200 CDs just in the past three years. I might be closing in on 400 CDs total.
First of all...this is why I like CDs over downloads.
CDs last a life time (if you take care of them; leave them in the case (like I do) and be careful to not scratch them).
I love opening a brand new CD that has an awesome booklet like "B2B" Also...the fact that you can rip them to the computer and put them on the iPod, it's easy as 1, 2, 3! (unless the f**king CD don't load
)
I don't think buying singles on iTunes is good...really....why?
First of all...what if your computer crashes? Bam, you lost all the money you spent on the songs you bought. You can't re-download the stuff you buy on iTunes which they need to fix.
And if you do put them on your iPod, it ain't gonna last forever. An iPod could break down in a couple of years...it won't last longer than 10 years...I wouldn't think so anyways. Then what? You re-buy the songs then?
But oh...if you have the CD and it's well taken care of, you can just rip the CD again and place it on your "NEW" iPod
Believe me...in the long run, buying CDs is better than downloading them. I just bought four CDs last Tuesday (Da Shop Boyz, Huey, Fabolous, and Mandy Moore). Well worth it...
(sorry for the long ass read
)
