I thought he was spanish at first. As others have already stated, Rihanna obviously didn't click onto his profile to see what his background was. She replied with a comment that she would have said to anybody who said, "grow hair..." to her.

1. The person that commented doesn't like Rihanna's hair, obviosly, he thinks her hair should be longer so he wrote grow hair.
