For the most part (as with lots of Beyoncé's work), production never gets in the way. As for "filler," it's all subjective. You don't like it, though, so you'll insult it any way you can. Lots of you only care for pop, so it's understandable if BEYONCÉ doesn't mesh too well with what you're used to.
BEYONCÉ is better than most of our faves discography. Rated R would be a better comparison since it's Rih's best album.
