She claimed being stuck with him and Sony showed proof that they offered her chances to work without him.

I don't think Dr Luke's career is over though. He might never work with female pop stars again but if Chris Brown and R Kelly can get hits - and there is actual evidence that they abused women - then so can he.

Katy Perry and Kelly Clarkson aren't the only musicians capable of getting hits,
He'll lay low for a couple of years, then start working with male musicians/rappers for more "Timbers", "Right Round".
The GP won't care.

Honestly yes even if no criminal charges had been filed against luke, having some solid proof that she felt a rape occurred would have been more motivation for a judge to release her.

I didn't say it was this case. This case has been dismissed, it's dunzo, no one is suing anyone anymore. He is currently suing her though, in another case.

I think this too specially since the majority of the GP could care less who the producer of a song is. No one really investigates that. It's sad but he'll probably get away with it.

In the USA, you can't just accuse someone of rape and try to ruin their reputation with no evidence and get away with it. Bummer for her.

In Europe it can be even more difficult. If you have CCTV footage of the rape in my country, the defendant only has to find another person in the country looking the same as the rapist. The defendant can prove that at least 2 persons could have done it. Therefore CCTV footage is unreliable, there might be even more people in the country looking the same as the rapist. You can't be sure that this or that person has done it.

Does anyone really believe that Sony would have stuck with Dr Luke after Taylor Swift, Adele, Gaga and practically every woman of power in the music industry came out in support of Kesha if they didn't actually believe she was lying? It's a PR nightmare for them! They would've turned on Luke in a second, his ass ain't irreplaceable.
