But regardless, that wasn't my point. I'm not even saying Ke$ha is fake/using the community at this point. My beef was with the posters in the Rolling Stone thread getting so pissed at the Gaga stans for calling Ke$ha fake (fair reason), when the exact same thing was done (perhaps even by them) by other stans in threads about Gaga's involvement with DADT.

After reading this I can now accept Ke$ha and take her music a lot more seriously. I seriously though it was written based on her party experiences. Very inspiriational and I can relate to this song now she has revealed the background to the song! Writing from the heart and then keeping it original and in style makes a you a true artist.

I find this funny, sure maybe Ke$ha feels bad for gays, but I highly doubt she wrote the song for that particular reason. It's simply a ploy for positive media attention. GaGa has been preaching this for ages, she even brought it to the red carpet at the VMA's. Ke$ha showed up in a trash bag.

I'm mad people think recording one song takes a lifetime, especially a song like "We R Who We R", while a great track, isn't very lyrical or production savvy. If she wrote that track after hearing about the suicides and made it the lead single, then it happened.
