The only thing Namie released this year along with 「Get Myself Back」. This is the better A-side imo. The song is great dance tune but it's not edgy/****ty enough to make it epic. Still the song is an awesome uptempo.

I've been really impressed with Hilcrhyme this year. Their album 「Recital」 is great and their single releases are always solid. This one was no exception. This song is a beautiful ballad. From the verses to the chorus to the bridge, everything is just great.

Arashi angers all the j-pop fans with their huge sales. Sometimes I agree with them because some of their songs really do not deserve to sell THAT well. But regardless, they have some great tracks. 「To Be Free」 is a gorgeous song that captivated me from first listen. The chorus is EPIC. One thing that I really respect about this boyband is that their live performace are always on point. Flawless.

This song is beyond catchy. I even memorized most of the lyrics by constantly singing along. Im on top top top ima watashi wa reset <33 This is my favorite song from 4M so far. And I really love the dance haha esp during the chorus when they do the thing with their arms. Hyuna looks so fierce doing it <3

So Utada finally decided to make some new music. Well, I'm glad that she did because this song is pure love. To me, whenever Utada releases a new song it sounds fresh and I really love that. I even enjoyed that beyond cheap video that goes along with the song. Still, even thought the song is great it didn't captivate me enough to rank higher on my list. Goodbye Utada! See you in XX years.

mini is one of my new fav artists this year. I really like electropop and this girl really delivers with her releases. This single was simply amazing! All the songs were great. The A-side is such a fun song and the transition from the verses to the chorus is just amazing! I cant wait for her to release some new music!
