Like I stated in the OP, if you can make it to the Challenge Day(s) without being eliminated, then a Challenge can be your own true way of being safe this week. That's because, the better you do in a challenge - the more you'll receive (or get taken away ) Here's what you get for each rankings for this week's challenge:
1ST PLACE / IMMUNITY (All of your flips will be removed + you cannot receive any more for the week, making you 100% safe)
2ND PLACE / -9 FLIPS (Up to 9 of your flips will be deducted, giving you a clean slate)
