Ngl, I'm surprised at the results. Ironically though, being that Rihanna is the one releasing new material lately, I can't say I disagree with them.

Can you read? The original comment said since 2007 Rihanna has been bigger, which is clearly true based on actual receipts that matter not things like Forbes placements and Grammys

It´s actually the 4th
1. Madonna
2. Madonna
3. Céline
4. Beyoncé
But your point still stands!

Right, if Rihanna did second North American and European legs (which we all know she could do) and added festival dates into her final gross like Beyonce does I'm sure she could pull in well over $200m as well

I'll have to check the tour receipts thread, because Bey haters keep rearranging this list to suit their agenda. Regardless, she's in the same league with women who have been out for at least 30 plus years and are legends.
You would think Janet, Whitney, Mariah etc would be listed above Bey in regards to tours, but they are not. And Rih is no where near the top the list. If she could gross that much on tour, she would've done it already. But the demand is simply not there.

She already did a lot more promo for her current singles (and has more lined up) than Beyoncé did for the entire BEYONCÉ era (especially in the US)......... and she doesn't even have an album out yet.

I don't mean just for this era, I mean over all. I still don't know how the queen made it so far with little effort. Girls like Bey had to, at most, work more than three times as hard to go as far as Rihanna has. Same for other girls.
Also btw I used the word effort not promo. Her team booking Rihanna promo is not credit to Rihanna. Her March Madness music festival effort was just not there like it should have been.

Little effort? She promoted the **** out of everything for 6 eras in a row
EDIT: And that´s not a bad thing. But lets not pretend like it just happened out of nowhere!

I think you are confusing effort with talent. She made it with little to no talent, the only artist with no effort is the 2010s Britney. If you are recording music and promoting it, ie Grammy performances, March Madness, in the studio with known hit makers, even if said hit maker producer is shading you on twitter etc, you are putting in effort. Again the only artist with no effort is 2010s Britney. But drag your fav I guess. And thanks for mentioning Bey's hard work ethic, which is why she's in the same league and Madonna and Celine Dion with net worth and tour gross.

If Beyonce walked out of her house for a few seconds, it would be on the front page of the New York Times. So her.

Pretty sure you have it backwards, it's the Hive that's rearranging that list to suit their agenda. All you have to do is look it up and see that Cher's Farewell Tour made $260m, equivalent to $315m today
No I wouldn't think that because those three hardly toured after the 90s when the market was barely anything compared to what it is now. And also you would think Beyonce has sold more than 30m albums, but she has not. Mess @ Rihanna not having enough demand the European leg of DWT was sold out months before the tour even started. She could have added multiple other stadium dates and done a second leg but she obviously doesn't enjoy touring as much as your fave who was basically on tour for 2 years straight

She could have pushed for more.

excuse me?! Rihanna does have talent. It's always been there. Her team booking her promo it not Rihanna putting her best effort in. I know she can make something great and AND BIG then what Bey has ever done if she invest more of her creative energy, but as of right now, she's slacking. Her effort is not always 100% like Beyonce's is. I mean shes no Mariah, or Michael Jackson but she can be really good when she puts her soul and effort into it ie; We Found Love at grammys, California King Bed at American Idol 2011, but sometimes she doesnt and just ends up performing trash ie: The 2011 NBA All-Star Game and her Rock in Rio 2011 performance....

Who cares if they barely toured after the 90s, they probably have more tours under their belt than Bey does. This is only Bey's second solo ww tour grossing that much, not her 5th or 6th etc. And I could use the same argument as far as album sells in the mid to late 00s not selling as well as 90s albums due to the market and piracy. Bey selling over 30 million albums with just 5 albums is really amazing considering her music is mostly urban. It took some girls damn near 10 albums to make it to 29 million. If we consider her whole career, which you guys like to dismiss and act like it never happened, she has sold over 60 million albums.

Mariah hasn't even done 200 tour dates in her entire career and I don't think Whitney toured very much either. Your fave has three solo ww tours... The Beyonce Experience, I Am Tour, Mrs Carter Show. Four if you include the European DIL Tour. Also Beyonce's peak was before the digital age took off so that's less of an excuse for her. And lmao @ Rih having almost 10 albums. Since when?
Not you including DC's album sales in her total but dismissing their tours in the same comment. Goodbye
