You guys do realise that capitalising off Boom Clap would give her no longevity at all.
They are trying to Establish her and not try and make her end up being a UK Carly Rae that is only known for 1 song and a feature (CMM & Good Time).
Having more than 1 solo single is probably better than getting 50k Opening week and falling off the map. She's waiting a Career, and not 15 minutes thanks to Boom Clap.
So this makes me think Beg for it might be Iggy's first single and her label probably knows that's a certified SMASH and hope it can pull some Fancy kinda success... if that's right then maybe is a good idea but tbh BTR is not good enough to sell the album. yeah the song is great but it doesn't feel like a first single to launch your album I have a feeling she might be working on some new songs as well.

I had hopes that this album would sell well for Charli but by releasing in mid-December, she probably won't even crack the top 10
Ugh I was just about to buy tickets for her concert here in Detroit, but now I don't see the point. She probably won't perform much off of Sucker. So mad wahhhh was really looking forward to this album
I hope I'll find an import, I won't wait until January 26
