It's because they want it to be the big era clairebear (where is she now??) promised. She really had them gassed up.
Just take Anti for what it is. Hardly success by most counts beyond singles. And you know those singles also boosted her "album sales" through SPS. Else, it'd be a Robin Thicke'd era with one huge single and nothing else to show for.
Anti was a goddamn
subsidized era. By Tidal, by Samsung, by streaming double counting. Others just released when it came time. A successful era doesn't have to jump through hoops to hit the bare minimum.
I'm just done with delusion today.
