I considered putting this at #1 but I think that was just because they're my faves. I didn't think their titles this year were anywhere near as good as pop perfection CMB/LMR but they still released a great cohesive album with some of the best album tracks this year.
All 6 tracks have amazing production and I love the pop-rock sound the group sticks to. I love all the instruments they include and the members are really good at singing and emoting. My only complaint would be that the last track Hunt doesn't really fit, but it's still a bop. I loved their first mini The Day almost as much this year, DAY6 are TALENT and I can't wait for their comeback in 2017
I actually really liked EXACT. It just missed my own albums list tbh. There are some fantastic album tracks on it and it actually has my favourite EXO song too
I haven't heard Day6 tbh. I'm not a huge fan of the rock sound but I want to give it a try now!
I didn't grow crazy obsessed with this until after Navillera but this really is the perfect winter comeback: the beautiful, fun to follow choreo, a school girl concept executed perfectly, the gorgeous MV(OTY) and of course, the amazing song
With the building electric guitar and strings throughout the song, I can really feel the urgency and nostalgia from this song. The chorus just EXPLODES, and it's amazing every time The verses, the guitar solo and Yuju's vocals
This is by far my favourite song this year and I'm still not tired of it. Every time I hear the opening synths I fall in love again
