1. Not every country is included so some sales will be missed.
2. Not every country has the same tracking week so some numbers will not show up till week 2.

I don't know anything about Mediatraffic however I ponder how someone can be #1 in 110 countries yet only sell 200k internationally. Was there just nothing else to buy on itunes last week?

Itunes and digital albums in general are pretty irrelevant outside of the US and the UK. Selling 200k digital albums outside of the US in 3 days is already quite a feat.

Anyone who's comfortable with languages, has chart knowledge and a calculator could do what these people do
