No one's ever forced to buy anything because of promo. The point of promo is to remind people that something exists so they can buy it if they want.

I don't recall a certain popstar ever using her hashtag for anything other than things related to her work, art, or pop. They definitely never used that saying in regards to a terrorist attack. You tried!

I didn't say that at all. I said that it's not true that people automatically know what she means by "rebelshearts" and that in order for the average person to know they'd have to Google it. Read, dear.

No one's taking anything out of context. Madonna used her hashtag to promote herself during a tragedy. That's just what happened.
