Teenage Dream was the most promoted album of all time. By the time Duca was 1/3rd done with the list (same point he gave up), it was already longer than BTWs.
Miley will slay. Her label needs to pull the leash a little bit and get her to work with good producers. I'd like to see her do something with William Orbit, Stargate, Cashmere Cat.
